Enter in your information: first name, last name, enrollee ID (social security number), date of birth

Now you will create a user name (must be at least 7 characters), password, confirm password, email address, challenge question, challenge answer -

you may want to write this down or print screen

Choose: Online emails or mail

Check the box to certify

(Register)

Screen will say registration complete then will take you back to home screen to log in
